The honest answer is that it varies, but there is a normal range. Most successful removals happen within about 14 days. Cases that need escalation can take up to six weeks. Anyone promising "24 hours" or an exact date is guessing, because the final decision and its timing rest with Google.
Recent reviews tend to have the best chance of removal, so the sooner a strong case is submitted, the better the odds. Removal is still possible later, but a fresh review with clear evidence is the easiest kind of case to make. If a violating review just went up, it is worth acting while everything is current.
What we will not do: promise a specific date. We give you a realistic estimate after the free assessment, and we keep you posted as the case moves, rather than committing to a deadline Google controls.
Plan for about two weeks on a typical case and up to six on a tough one. Act while the review is recent for the best odds, and remember that you pay nothing unless it actually comes down.
The assessment is free and takes less than a minute. You pay only if the review is removed. We'll give you an honest read within one business day.
