Process

How a Review Gets Removed.

Transparent end to end. You see exactly what happens at every stage.

The Four Stages

From submission to removal. No surprises.

1

Free Assessment

Submit the review. We respond within one business day with our honest read: likely, possible, or unlikely to be removable. Free, no commitment.

2

Engagement

If you want to proceed, we send pricing and a simple agreement. Pricing is locked before any work begins.

3

Removal Attempt

We prepare and submit the case through Google's official content policy channel. We monitor and escalate as needed until Google reaches a final decision.

4

Outcome and Payment

You're notified the moment the review is removed. Invoice goes out. If we don't succeed, you owe nothing.

What We Look For.

Google has clear content policies. Reviews that violate these policies are eligible for removal. Our job is identifying violations, documenting them, and presenting them to Google's review team.

Common policy violations include:

  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Spam, fake content, or duplicate posts
  • Off-topic content unrelated to a customer experience
  • Conflicts of interest (competitors, former employees)
  • Restricted content (illegal products, regulated industries)
  • Misinformation or demonstrably false claims
  • Reviews from people who were never customers
  • Honest negative reviews from actual customers
  • Reviews stating opinions or preferences
  • Low star ratings without policy violations
  • Constructive criticism, even when harsh

What We Don't Touch.

If a review is an honest customer opinion, even a negative one, it's not removable under Google's policies. We won't pursue these cases and won't waste your time.

Our incentive structure makes this clear: we only get paid on removal, so we don't take cases we can't win.
