Outcomes

What to Expect.

Realistic expectations grounded in Google's actual content policy enforcement.

Every review is different. The category of policy violation, the age of the review, the specifics of the reviewer's account, and Google's current enforcement priorities all affect outcomes.

We can't guarantee outcomes on any specific case. What we can guarantee is honest assessment upfront, transparent communication throughout, and a pricing model that means you only pay when we succeed.

The process is discreet. The reviewer is never contacted, and there is no marker on your Business Profile indicating a removal service was involved.

By Review Age

Recent reviews tend to process more reliably. Older reviews vary.

A

Under 30 days old (with text)

Highest success rates. Google's content reviewers process recent violations most reliably. Reviews with written text give us policy language to cite. Star-only ratings without comments are harder. Google rarely removes a bare 1-star with no text.

B

30 days to 12 months

Variable outcomes. We assess each case individually. Some categories of violation remain highly removable in this window.

C

Over 12 months

Lower success rates. We still evaluate, but we set expectations clearly before accepting these cases.

Removable Categories.

The categories below have the strongest grounding in Google's official content policies. Reviews falling into these categories are most likely to be removable through the official process.

  • Harassment, threats, hate speech
  • Profanity or slurs
  • Sexually explicit content
  • Spam and duplicate posts
  • Off-topic content (unrelated to the business)
  • Conflicts of interest (competitors, former staff)
  • Restricted content (illegal goods, regulated industries)
  • Misinformation or demonstrably false claims
  • Reviews from non-customers
  • Identifiable personal information leaks
  • Honest negative reviews from real customers
  • Legitimate one-star ratings
  • Constructive criticism
  • Opinion-based feedback
  • Reviews of pricing, wait times, service quality

What We Decline.

Honest customer feedback, even harsh, is protected speech under Google's policies. We don't pursue these cases. We tell you upfront when a review is unlikely to be removable so you don't waste time or hope on it.
